Following our highly successful inaugural Conference in 2002, Dialogue Australasia Network held its 2nd Conference in April 2003 to consolidate its network of religion and values educators across Australasia. Over 230 people gathered in the hallowed halls of Melbourne Grammar school to be challanged and inspired to maintain the momentum that has been created over the past 5 years. The Conference brought together keynote speakers including Dr Peter Vardy, Dr Felicity McCutcheon, Dr Jane Walton and Professor Terry Lovat. The conference also consisted of practical and classroom orientated workshops. Representatives from each State presented workshops showing how each of the Strands: The Hebrew and Christian Scriptures; Ethics and Values Education; Philosophy of Religion; World Religions and The Affective Strand are able to be applied throughout the school as part of a spiral curriculum.
